REVISED COVID-19 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

The health and wellness of our team members, guests, and community is our highest priority at The Junction Salon. The Junction Salon is a large salon, with 3500 square feet of floor space with additional patio and waiting spaces. We have implemented several measures to reduce the risk of viral transmissions within the salon.

Our stylists’ stations are spread out 10 feet apart, and we comfortably exceed the State of North Carolina’s and CDC’s guidelines for safety. With our shampoo bowls also separated with plexiglass, you can be assured that you are in one of the safest salons in Raleigh.

Before your appointment note these changes to check-in, during, and after services:

      1. If you had a fever in the last 48 hours, do not visit, but call in to reschedule your appointment

      2. Admission into the salon is limited to those receiving services only – additional guests will not be allowed into the salon at this time, minors can be accompanied by one adult

      3. Upon arrival, please call or text us @ (919) 449 7144 and your stylist will let you in

      4. There will be no waiting area inside the salon. Please wait on the patio outside or in your car. The patio is protected from elements

      5. We will check your temperature with a non-contact thermometer, our crew’s temperature is checked every day

      6. No Food and beverages allowed inside the salon. You may order beverages for consumption on the patio

      7. Masks, covering the nose and mouth are required to be worn at all times within the salon. We have free, disposable masks for you – Do not remove your mask after you enter the salon

      8. Masks could get hair color on them. For hair appointments, please use masks with elastic ear loops

      9. After check-in, please wash your hands prior to your service. Hand sanitizer will also be available throughout the salon

      10. Please have minimal, essential items on you, and don’t leave them on stations or on counters/tables. Front desk / Guest services have paper bags to put your items in

      11. Hang coats and layers that you intend to remove during service at the stations. The stations are sanitized between services

      12. Please arrive on time and note that we may be unable to accommodate service changes

      13. Allow our stylists to pick up retail product for you.

      14. Please observe minimal to no-talking policy in the shampoo lounge – just sit back and relax!

      15. We will not require signatures on touch screens for credit card or mobile device payments.

      16. Please sanitize hands prior to leaving, we have hand sanitizer at guest services when you checkout.
