If you have inspiration photos, text them to (919) 449-7144 before your appointment, include your name and appointment date. If you have sensitivities to fragrances or prefer specific products, let us know in advance. Otherwise, simply arrive with clean, dry hair.

Yes, our scheduling software sends confirmation emails and text reminders. Make sure you’ve opted in to receive them. If you’ve previously replied ‘STOP’ to text messages, reply ‘START’ to resume. We also recommend adding your appointment to your personal calendar as a backup.

Please call us as soon as you know you’ll be late. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service to accommodate the next client.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee of up to 100% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Our listed prices cover consultation, wash, and blow-dry. Adjustments may occur during your consultation to match your desired outcome. Additional charges may apply for longer, thicker, or curly hair requiring extra time or product, your stylist will always confirm pricing before any work begins.

Our prices reflect the experience level and availability of each stylist. When you select a stylist on our booking page, you’ll see their specific price for that service. This also means we can accommodate a range of budgets, from our Emerging Artists to our most senior colorists.

We accept cash or Venmo for tips. If you have any questions about tipping etiquette, our front desk team is happy to help.

We offer a full range of hair services including haircuts, blowouts, color, highlights, balayage, extensions, updos, smoothing treatments, curly hair services, waxing, wedding hair, and makeup applications, all with a strong focus on hair health.

Haircuts typically take 60–120 minutes. Color services vary based on complexity, ranging from 2 to 5+ hours. Your stylist will give you a more accurate estimate during your consultation.

We recommend waiting at least 48 hours after coloring. This allows the cuticle to fully close and lock in color molecules for longer-lasting, more vibrant results.
