The Junction Salon & Bar is an award-winning salon in downtown Raleigh, located inside The Dillon. We are building a polished, education-focused, guest-first team and are actively interested in strong candidates for front desk, associate, and stylist roles.

Roles We’re Looking For
Front Desk / Guest Relations
Our front desk team sets the tone for the entire guest experience. This role is ideal for someone warm, organized, calm under pressure, and confident communicating with clients in person, by phone, text, and email.
Best fit for someone who:
- Has strong customer service or hospitality experience
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Can manage scheduling, check-in, checkout, and daily salon flow
- Enjoys creating a polished, welcoming experience for every guest
Emerging Stylists / Associates
Our associate path is designed for licensed cosmetology graduates who want more than a chair and a schedule. Emerging Stylists receive hands-on education, mentorship, model opportunities, and real salon experience while building technical confidence.
Best fit for someone who:
- Is newly licensed or close to completing cosmetology school
- Wants structured education in color, cutting, finishing, and guest care
- Is coachable, reliable, and eager to grow
- Wants a clear path from training to becoming a stylist
Experienced Stylists
We are always open to meeting experienced stylists who care about beautiful work, healthy hair, thoughtful consultations, and long-term client relationships. We are especially interested in stylists who want to grow in color, blonding, balayage, curly hair, smoothing, extensions, or advanced technical work.
Best fit for someone who:
- Has an active North Carolina cosmetology license
- Is serious about consultation, timing, guest experience, and teamwork
- Values education and continued growth
- Wants to build a strong, sustainable career in a professional salon environment
