At The Junction Salon and Bar, we aim to provide the highest quality service to our valued clients. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for everyone, we have established the following policies:

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To avoid being charged, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in being charged for the full service.

Late Arrivals
We strive to accommodate every appointment promptly. However, if you arrive late, your service may be adjusted to fit within the remaining time slot. Please note that you’ll be charged for the full service.

If you fail to show up for your appointment without adequate notice, you’ll be charged for the full service.

In the event of an emergency affecting our ability to provide services, we will promptly inform our clients and provide updates on the situation. We are committed to finding suitable solutions for all affected appointments.

Credit Cards
To secure your appointment, The Junction Salon and Bar requires a credit card on file. We accept cash, credit cards, as well as mobile payments for your convenience.

Gratuities are not included in the service price. We appreciate gratuities in the form of cash or other peer-to-peer payment methods like Venmo directly to your service provider. If preferred, you may also charge your gratuity to your credit card.

We take pride in the quality of products offered at The Junction Salon and Bar. If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from us, please return the unopened container within 15 days of the initial purchase. We are happy to exchange it for another product or issue a credit towards your next purchase.
