I trained at the Paul Mitchell school in Raleigh and found a love for vivid colors and unique color placements early on in my schooling. From prism hair, to color blocking, to raccoon tails, I love it all. I want clients to feel comfortable being expressive with their hair– whatever makes them fel the most like themselves. With a background in art and horror special effects makeup, I am confident in my ability to create something unique and eye-catching.

What I will talk you out of
I once had a client that wanted to be a bright all-over red. The issue at the time was that her hair was severely damaged. I tolder that I did not feel comfortable applying permanent color or lightener as often as she wanted, but offered to do regular, bi-weekly bonding treatments on her to get her hair back into a healthy place, and in the meantime do a semi-permanent red color. She trusted my advice and became one of my favorite regular clients. She told me I was the only stylist to ever get her color the way she wanted it to be.Recent work
